Wisła Kraków and Fokus have entered a strategic technology partnership aimed at strengthening the club's sporting operations, financial planning, and long-term squad strategy.
The club has spent years investing in internal technological capabilities, developing proprietary software and analytical systems to support the sporting department.
That ambition made the partnership with Fokus a natural fit.
"For years, we have been building Wisła Kraków as a modern organisation that combines over a century of tradition with advanced technology and science. We develop our own software solutions to support our sports department because we believe the future of football lies in informed, data-driven decision-making."
The Fokus platform will support the club across squad structure management, wage budget planning, contract analysis, and long-term transfer scenario modelling.
At the same time, the collaboration is built around ongoing knowledge exchange and joint product development between the two organisations.
Rather than implementing a fixed system, Fokus and Wisła Kraków will continue developing workflows and operational tools together based on the club's sporting and financial structure. That includes squad planning, financial modelling, scouting workflows, contingency tracking, and decision-support systems connected directly to the club's football operations.
Connecting football operations into one structure
The partnership also reflects a broader evolution happening inside elite football organisations.
As clubs invest more heavily into analytics, scouting, and financial planning, the challenge increasingly becomes connecting those areas into one operational structure rather than treating them as isolated departments.
